- We only collect your email address, and only if you choose to join our list.
- We use it to send Boopy's World of Wonder news. We never sell it.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your info anytime.
- Our email list is for grown-ups 18 and older.
Who we are
Boopy's World of Wonder is a picture book series written by Cavelle Toolsie and illustrated by Reza Cardinez. In this policy, "we" and "us" means the two of us. You can reach us at [Your contact email].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into one of our sign-up forms.
- Basic email activity, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link was clicked. Our email provider records this automatically, and we use it to see which updates people enjoy.
We don't ask for names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To email you when a new book comes out.
- To share sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes art, and occasional free printables.
- To answer you if you write to us.
We only email you because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
Who we share it with
We never sell, rent or trade your information. We use a trusted email service, Klaviyo, to store our list and send emails. They handle your email address on our behalf and follow their own privacy and security rules. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Buying the books
Our books are sold on Amazon. When you click a Paperback or Kindle button, you leave this site and go to Amazon, where Amazon's own privacy policy applies. We don't see your order or payment details.
Other services this site uses
Our website host stores standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. When you join our list, your email address is sent straight to Klaviyo. This site doesn't use advertising trackers.
Children's privacy
Our books are for children ages 4 to 8, but our email list is for parents, teachers and other grown-ups 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will delete their information right away.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, change or delete the information we have about you by emailing [Your contact email].
Depending on where you live, you may have extra privacy rights under local law. We're happy to help with any request.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you, and we'll delete your details if you ask.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is important, we'll let our list know by email.
